Heat Transfers

Screen print transfers, often referred to as screen-printed heat transfers or plastisol transfers, are a method of applying a printed design onto fabric or other surfaces. This process is commonly used in the production of customized apparel, such as T-shirts, jerseys, and promotional items. The screen printing transfer technique combines elements of traditional screen printing with the convenience of heat transfer

Screen print transfers offer advantages such as the ability to produce detailed and multicolored designs with ease. This method is often used for small to medium production runs or for on-demand customization of apparel. It provides a cost-effective and efficient way to achieve high-quality prints on various fabrics and surfaces.

When To Use Heat Transfers

Minimum Order Size

Heat Transfers are great for low runs (even as low as 1) up to about.  If you are using single color we recommend at 48 to use screen printing.  (except for prints that are 3 or more colors)

Design Complexity

Heat Transfers are perfect for high-color prints which we believe are 3 or more colors.  Heat Transfers will have your print “pop” more than traditional screen printing.
